Hi , there is ACD( Automatic Call Distribution ) alternative for exchange ?? i'm looking for a solution to distribute emails over many mailbox that's comes to one shared mailbox Best regard...
You can use Transport rules for that, even Outlook rules will work.
- There's no tiers solution with dashboard for this purpose?
