Distribution list manage, allow to send mail to the group

Hi Everybody,

I would like to create a distribution list in Exchange 2019, but I would like to controll who has permission to send mail to this list.

e.g. admin list  admin@domain.com  with lots of users, but only few users have permission to send mail.

Sectertary is member of the list, receive every mail, but no permission to send mail to this group/list!

But the CEO has the permission to send mail to the list/group, what every member recieve.

I have found the following article "Allow members to send as or send on behalf of a group", but I don't need that.

I found the solution!

There is an option under the distribution list settings!
