Hi Guys, I have spent now about 5 hours on help chat and help phone calls with Microsoft to resolve the below problem. In the end they asked me to use this facility as they could not resolve.
I have Outlook on my PC and yesterday I added a custom email account for a domaine which is registered with Go Daddy. At first I could send mails to the account but when trying to send from the account I received a message saying "the store can not be accessed" I also received a message when I launched outlook, see below:
