I migrated an Archive Mailbox to Office365 while keeping the primary Mailbox in my premise, The user can log in to his email using the local server, but cannot access the Archive when the user clicks on the Personal Archive -use (Archive), the user gets Your Archive appears to be unavailable. Please try again later
Note: that if the user uses Outlook to connect, it works and the user can access his archive, but this issue only with Outlook on the web.
