Microsoftforesightadmin Hello! It is interesting that only one specific user is experiencing the issue. I was not able to find any known issues similar to this.
Have you tried to reach out to Support? They should be able to gather logs and help investigate this specific case. If you have Microsoft Unified Support, you can reach out to that support service for help or "Support for Business" here: Support - Microsoft Edge Developer. Thanks!
