IE Edge - Certificate Error

HI All,

Need an technical help in resolving the certificate error i am getting in edge chromium. Below is the certificate errors i get

* NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

* NET::ERR_CERT_SIGNATURE_ALGORITHM

I tried disabling AV, extension but still i get this error. Is it because of some group policy. Please advice
