@TairikuOkami Hello!  There was an issue with the MicrosoftEdgeInsiderPromotionEnabled policy.  The team has released a fix.  For v99, builds above 99.0.1150.35 should have the fix.  Thanks!

Surprisingly it is also fixed in 98.0.1108.76 extended stable
