Bing / Office 365 Integration

I have Microsoft Search in Bing enabled on my tenant and I notice that this is visible in the UI of new Edge. We've recently changed our organisation name and I wonder where the name that's visible in Edge is coming from. The name in the search box is our old name, yet the logo on the left is the new one.

I've looked everywhere in on my tenant and I can't see where this is still set to the old org. name.

Any ideas?
