Where to Learn Chat GPT Completely

Hi everyone,

I am now quiet interested in learning the chat gpt tool. I am not a coder, but just know the basics of HTML, PHP and CSS. I want to be a complete web developer by using the Chat GPT because I know it is the only best AI tool that helps excellently in coding.
