To send feedback, click the menu button in Edge (the "..." in the top-right, below the X button that closes the Edge window), then click "Help and feedback" then click "Send feedback". This will make a small box appear in the middle of the Edge you're currently in where you can send your thoughts.
This screenshot shows what you need to click to bring up the box to send your feedback:
