What happened to the old developer bug reporting site? Where do we file new under-the-hood bugs?

Copper Contributor

The old bug reporting site isn't available anymore, and there is no clear indication on where new bug reports should be directed. I'm not referring to user feedback; I'm referring to bugs in the underlying rendering engine that are specific to Edge Chromium (not Chromium itself). In my case, I'd like to report a bug pertaining to the default user-agent styling for form controls.

If this forum is the new place to file these kinds of bugs, there really ought to be a separate "Conversation Space" dedicated to it.

Here are the ways to submit your feedbacks (any)

1. using the feedback button on Edge browser (the best way and preferred by Edge developers). it gathers additional data and reports since it is a built in tool, you can also recreate problems using the record button and also attach up to 25MB file to your feedback. you will receive follow up Emails about the status of your feedback.

2. through this online form: https://microsoftedgesupport.microsoft.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

3. posting to this forum

once a feedback is received multiple times adequately, Devs will add it to the Top feedbacks list which is here and updated weekly:  https://aka.ms/MSEdgeTopFeedback
