weird box pops up in Twitch

So been using the full release of edge for a few weeks now and been liking it a lot seems fast and not so memory hungry but yesterday started having a weird issue on twitch as soon as I click into a chatbox I get the screen as seen in the screenshot

I have cleared cache and restarted it does not happen in firefox but I just have not idea what it is and once it's there you cant get rid apart from restarting the browser but soon as you click in the box its back and it only seems to happen on twitch

Version 84.0.522.44 (Official build) (64-bit)

1. Do you see the same box behavior in other channels/builds of MSFT Edge?
2. If you haven't yet, can you please submit feedback and diagnostic data through the browser? (Shift+Alt+I or "..." menu > Help and feedback > Send feedback)
