Unfamiliar account and password appears in the drop-down list of the login box on the page.
As shown in the picture, the account highlighted in red is a stranger account. How did it appear in the password saved in my browser? I asked the people around me, but no one knew me. What other possible risk factors could lead to this situation?
Please help analyze, thank you!

Someone just logged in to your computer and enabled synchronization for this profile - rather, it was physical access to the computer.
