UI: Make Microsoft Edge expanded Omnibox use the same color scheme as chosen by the theme

Currently on selecting the Omnibox, it expands to show either a black or white background but it would look a lot more consistent with other themes if it could adopt the same colors as the theme selected. For context, this is how it looks currently
