Twitter Video Preview - Tearing and Stuttering - Canary 77.0.230.0
I believe this problem started in 77.0.229.0 and persists in today's 77.0.230.0 build. Video previews are stuttering and tearing on twitter (I haven't been able to repro on other sites yet). ...
No problem with the video on Edge Version 78.0.242.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit). seems to be fixed
