MicrosoftTop Feedback Summary for December 15
Anyone seeing extremely high CPU usage with this build? Hovers around 25%, and with video it shoots up to 80-100%.
Same with startup of Edge, it runs on 100% for a while until it drops back to 20-25%.
Also, and this might not be related, but my PC locked up twice within two days after this update.
Only working in Edge at that time...
edit: After some digging in the Event Viewer, it seems that msedge.exe has some odd crashing behavior, and apparently is the cause for the lockup of the PC. Send some feedback data.

for me on Canary the browser hangs when using full screen video, whether it's on YouTube or other websites, it's been like that for about 2 weeks. it's possible the problem is now present in Dev.
yes for these types of problems sending feedback through browser is the most helpful way since it sends additional data.

Edge Dev build Version 89.0.731.0
Yesterday I got the same hard crash again, switched to regular Edge Version 87.0.664.66 for now.
So far no issues.- That's good
