You must be joking for now adding "Ask users if they want to close all tabs when they close a browser window" till now!!! What are you doing this whole time for 45 weeks??
Even syncing history isn't available yet or importing from Firefox.....
apparently the microsoft team dedicated to Edge development has only a few members, it's really annoying. They have been delaying features for months, I think they should not have been released the browser in first place with such a lacking and incomplete user experience.
Edit: summer is almost gone
According to the information, Summer term ends at Sep'22, so you should wait for more time,
For me personally, Edge is good and never felt incomplete user experience, Whatever features they bring it adds up to my experience.
So you should wait until Sep'22

I think we all should just ignore MS Edge for a couple of years until they really finish it.- My bad, it's SEP'22 2020, I forgot to mention year, I thought you will understand but okay....
