The new tab is broken.

 A new tab is broken as shown in the picture. How can I solve this?

Do you by chance use Adguard? If so, update to the latest version 7.7.2.

Do you use any third-party extensions?
Are you able to browse other websites?
Are you using any Anti-Virus or security programs?

Confirming the first comment! This is a known issue caused by the AdGuard app version 7.7.1, and an update should get you back up and running as expected 😃
