Surface Pen doesn't open touch keyboard
Been happening since edge chromium was first available, currently running Edge Dev 79.0.279.0 Touch keyboard doesn't open when a text field is touched with the pen, works with a finger and touching ...
For everyone that still has this issue -- try the following: in Settings > Devices > Pen in the Handwriting section, set the "use handwriting to input text" option to "when keyboard is not attached". Then when you tap on a field with the pen and the handwriting panel appears, tap the keyboard+cog icon at top left and tap on the first icon on the first row (keyboard).
