Stop edge from closing when close last tab

Hi, is there any way to stop edge from closing when last tab is closed? Instead open a new tab when close last tab.

Still can't find it are you using a PC or a mobile phone?
Saying that I have many problems with mine Most visited no longer works plus so many other things in the end I just gave up and use Brave now. Microsoft please can we have an uninstall Edge option please. Yes I have reset it many times ut it is still no longer functioning as it used to do.

MDR_UK Here you go, the option is hidden unless you disable "Startup boost". Restart Edge. Then you can find it in the "Customise browser" category.

I switched from Opera to Edge to get less sponsored messages, both from Opera in browser and Edge outside of it.

Is this feature removed or what? I have disabled "Startup boost" and yet can't find that option

EDIT: I see this option is only available on dev or canary version and NOT in the official one. My bad

I use Brave now and it's already an option is settings/system/Close Window when closing last Tab
