Speech Recognition And sound Problems

Dear All,

I am Sean. I need your kind assistance to resolve the speech recognition problem on my computer. the version of my operating System is 20H2 (OS Built 19042.388)

Additionally, my sound from any media on this computer have vanished although my drivers and up to date when I troubleshoot.

 I shall be grateful for you kind assistance.

To clarify: are you experiencing audio issues across different apps and services on your computer, or only when browsing the internet with Microsoft Edge?
