Something's not working. It's not you, it's us. Family Safety app

Not able to get past this error on creating my child's account. Happens on work/personal laptop when I try to authorize with my own MS login. Also getting it when trying to add my child's account to MS Family Safety App. Can you guys help me with this issue?
