Sliding animation
When browsing the web, the sliding animation is very comfortable, but when you stop sliding, the animation end time is a bit long. For the eyes to see the content, there is a feeling of delay. I hope...

I think by sliding you're talking about "scrolling"
Which version of Edge are you using?
are you using any flags that modifies scrolling experience? there are couple of them in Edge://flags
try enabling this edge://flags/#impulse-scroll-animations
restart the browser and see if you notice anything while scrolling.
when I'm scrolling and then stop, the page never keeps going, it stops too instantly. of course it happens smoothly.
