Screen Resolution has Changed

I believe that during some re-arranging a couple of days ago that I changed the screen resolution on my desktop computer. I am looking for assistance in  returning to the normal Microsoft default.

You can in the Accessibility settings enlarge all the elements of the screen just change set everything larger and save the changes it will also work on sites, please write if it works?
