Restore Deleted Favorites?? Where are Favorites Stored??

Is it possible to restore/recover Edge Favorites that were deleted from a profile that is synced to a Microsoft 365 Business Premium account? Where are the Edge Favorites stored for a Microsoft 365 Business Premium account?
