I removed a profile from Edge settings that I rarely used. Once I removed the Profile all my PWA apps from the "Install as App" option changed to a default black square icon. They would not load, I had to go through the list of PWA apps and re-install them.
My question is more of a forethought. Since there are inter-relationships between Edge, Windows OS, and the Web platform, as well as with "my account, " Microsoft account" "Tenants" and "Active Directories," . Can this turn into a future issue For organization that might distribute PWA's ?
