"Enhance images in Microsoft Edge" does not appear in the services in the latests canary versions

I am on edge canary version 106.0.1363.0 and for some reason I am not getting "Enhance images in Microsoft Edge"
I have tried reinstalling several times with a deep uninstall with no result
The strange thing is that in edge stable it appears but it does not work
Does anyone know a way to enable this service?

I advise you to report this issue using the Feedback option in the Microsoft Edge.

@josh_bodner "Edge Secure Network" doesn't appear either, otherwise fine.
I have installed Windows 11 from 0 (latest stable version) on another ssd and still does not appear.

Does this setting actually do anything? I've tried having it off, then visited the same websites I usually visit, and can't say I ever notice any difference. Are either only certain image-formats supported by it (e.g. SVG or WebP, and not JPEG, PNG or GIF), or does it either only work on Windows 11 and HDR-compatible displays or something?
