QQ3: Why not implement side tabs bar (vertical tabs) and normal tabs bar at the same time?

This would be a bit similar to what i wrote previously, but still completely different, because there is no multi container and other features. 

We could for example choose to keep normal navigation tabs on top and then we drag our favorite tabs to the lateral bar. Or we do the same with the lateral bar as normal navigation bar, by dragging tabs to the top.

without the + button on the side tabs bar and by keeping vertical tabs always in small.

The current implementation of vertical tabs is better. no need for duplicate tab strip.
favorites list and tab grouping can be used to manage tabs and websites.

Please dont suggest thing who is stupid.
And don't forget majority of user will be entreprise or non tech person, not tech advanced user
