We use Edge to display previews of PDF in our ECM platform. Since it's only a preview, we do not need the PDF toolbar to edit the PDFs, for example adding annotations opr marking text. Unfortunately I was not able to find an option to either deactivate the toolbar, or to remove certain options like the annotations from it, so our users get confused by being able to edit PDFs but not saving the changes. Additionally, the browser cache seems to keep the annotations when the same PDF is previewed again, even though the PDF on the server did not change, as the user is not able to actually save changed PDFs in the ECM platform from the preview.
Is there a registry key or something similar to deactivate or configure the PDF toolbar?
