password reset issue

When you try to reset you password. you will ask to enter code from your recovery email and phone and after successfully enter the code system is getting redirected to "Help us beat the robots" page.

Then system is got stuck and not processing further. 

 

 

Note: It is only happening with reset password. new account creation is working fine.

    I face exactly the same problem. Used wrong password, tried to rest and after verification I am a human it doesn't continue.
