Organization of bookmarks

One of my biggest frustrations with all browsers is the disorganization of my bookmarks.  

I would like for Edge to allow for the following:

• Auto sorting
• Bookmark search
• Auto organize into folders based on topics/tags

I work in technical support and many times I will find a great solution-based article but trying to find that article weeks down the road gets difficult.
