Notes App for Edge Sidebar

I am an avid Edge user in my personal and professional life. While I don't miss having a notes style app for the sidebar in my personal life, I do REALLY want a notes app for the Edge Sidebar.

Nothing fancy or overly thought out. I just want to be able to write down a bullet list of important tasks I need to get done during my work day so they don't get lost. I've tried using a sticky note, but it blocks other aspects of my desktop and work space. It would be perfect in edge to just be able to have it there at all times in a single window.

Consider this an official feature request!

Thanks for all your hard work.

Best,

Micah

you can use https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/detail/notepad/kiojolhdclcnjlbiagdobngjfihkdfdk extension in split screen mode.
    just install the extension.
open the extension and bookmark it on favorite bar
next time you want to take a note just open split screen mode and click notepad bookmark from favorite bar.
you will get full fledged notepad along with your website.
or you can pin "Google keep" or "ms onenote" site in sidebar.

    Hi there,

You can use the new Note Sidebar for Microsoft Edge extension. And you get a simple note sidebar which can be used to write a note, record thoughts, to-do lists, meeting notes, etc. And it supports light and dark mode.

Thanks. Pretty cool and useful extension for MS Edge. Only problem is it doesn't have multiple tabs as advertised. But I'm happy :)

You can use Microsoft's own OneNote in the Edge Sidebar.

Click the + symbol in the sidebar 'Customise Sidebar'.

Under '+ Add current page', in the search field, type OneNote. It should show up below the search field to select. Click Add.

    You are all set.
