No sound on sims 4 load screen after windows update and some load failure with games Windows 11

Hi I run windows 11 home and after installing the following updates, 2023-10 Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057, 2023-11 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5032007), 2023-11 .NET 6.0.25 Security Update for x64 Client (KB5032883 and 2023-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5032190), experiencing game issues with EA Sims 4, there is no sound on load screen until after clicking the loaded mods pane, everything was perfect prior to updating, I have to keep running repair game option in EA app every log in which fixes it whilst my pc is up and running, but when switch pc on again same issues arise, it is though windows changes the EA game repair? I also have had a couple of game crashing to desktop when loading the game, also been experiencing very slow game loads and game saves after the windows update? i have reinstalled my gpu drivers, ran  sfc scannow, reinstall realtek drivers all to no avail, due to these updates my nvme drive had to update firmware version due to incompatibility with new windows updates all of which which was fine as backed up all my game files prior to that, no issues found anyway after that, but I cannot now get Sims 4 to run properly and and as smooth as before, any ideas anyone, the EA app game repair fixes but only whilst on that session, also my PC now runs slower than before the updates
