New tab customizations

Has anyone else noticed that on Edge Dev and released Edge that upon opening a new tab the customizations and recent searches don't immediately appear? They do show up after a number of seconds. Everything works as expected in Edge Canary.

It takes about 20 seconds for the new tab page to completely load the optimizations and look 'normal'. If the new tab is refreshed, the customizations disappear (search box only). And, 20 seconds later it loads all the customizations again.

Update - Quick links are missing. And they do not show up after the 20 second delay.

Update - It appears that a couple of hours ago the issue was resolved.
