My Edge Bar has completely disappeared on my surface pro 8

I am running Windows 11 on a surface pro 8 and the edge bar which I really liked has completly disappeared.

It is gone from edge settings doesn't even show in the left menu.  I have tried repairing Edge and restarted my machine and it is still completely absent.

Hoping someone here can help me.
