Microsoft Outlook Bug - Auto Duplicated Appointment

Hi,

Not sure where to report this. or if there is a solution at the moment to delete all the appointment that i have done on specific time and day. because there are too many of it. 

I try create an appointment on my outlook 365. not the Outlook that comes with windows.

What i did is that i create Microsoft teams meeting but with dual Meeting link in one appointment. Once i delete one of the link, then i proceed to create the appointment and send to my intended receiver.

Little did i know. it suddenly blast about 7k+ appointment.

Any way to delete it? or this is a bug?
