Microsoft Edge crashes upon opening

This sounds like the same thing discussed last February, but, the last post in that thread indicated the issue had been resolved.  My issue started last week after I clicked to "Try the new Outlook"  I have since reverted back to the old Outlook and rebooted several times but the issue has persisted.  I got the following error in the App Log at first, but now nothing shows up in the event logs after a crash.  The dump file is being written to however.

I have run the repair and ran an update to no avail; Edge simply will not stay open.  It begins to load the start page and then closes.

Version: 114.0.1823.67 with Edge update 1.3.175.29
