Microsoft Edge Collections Disappeared

I just realized I have recently lost all of my Collections on Microsoft Edge (Version 110.0.1587.63 (Official build) (arm64)) for Mac. Instead, the entire feature has been replaced by something I do not even recognize with some randomly saved items and a bunch of pictures. Please tell me that I can recover the collections I had created and saved.

      I found that you can use the BingAI feature in the sidebar of Microsoft edge and ask it to open collections. Note this is not the BingAI webpage that you use to search the web, but rather the Blue "b" inside the chat bubble icon located at the top right of Microsoft edge (See attached image). The BingAI sidebar can perform actions such as turning on light/ dark mode for the browser. 

       

      I recently started using the "Workspaces" feature in Microsoft edge and noticed that the collections button has disappeared from the menu at the top of the browser, even though I had it turned on in settings. After failing to find an answer online, I decided to just ask BingAI and it worked.
