Like Add Notes/Windows Ink? - Well, dig this!
On a whim I went to the Windows Ink Workspace icon in the Sys Tray... felt like mucking about for the fun of it. Well, if I didn't discover something, maybe, everyone else, already, knows. The things it used to show or offer were gone. Instead, it offered a Fullscreen snip button AND an Install Whiteboard button which, I did, from Store. Now, that button says, Whiteboard. If you don't, already, know about this, it's worth taking a look. It's quite cool, indeed! There are heaps of things one can do with it; many 'tools' plus, collaborate & save work! Although, it does not substitute for Add Notes in the browser, it is, still, good what one can do with it, how one can make use of it.

Drew1903 I LOVE Whiteboard! It has so many possibilities, and I can hardly wait until the web version has the same capabilities as the app version. I use it in meetings a lot - project the whiteboard onto the screen and then use my iPad w/ Pencil to draw and update as we talk.
- hhmm, very interesting and does have some good possibilities....
