Issue with clearing Cookies in a DEVELOPER session

I have the latest DEV build installed (as of this post).

I am running a VS2019 local session and testing a Web site locally.

It stores Cookies for the login value (I did not develope this and it DOES seem like a security risk/issue).

When I am using Edge DEV and try and clear the cookies related to this site, it shows that it does clear the cookie.

But when I go back into debugging it shows that the cookie is still present and is using the values from said cookie.

I switched to using latest Chrome browser, and it works without issue.

So it looks like some sort of bug in the attempts to clear the cookies?

Or am I missing something specific in the way I should be clearing the cookies during a debugging session related to VS2019 and use of IIS Expresss Microsoft Edge DEV build.
