Are you refering to Edge user data or completely removing all user data from the phone?
If you are referring to Edge, you can open Edge on your mobile device, tap on the ellipses (...) on the bottom > Settings > Tap on the account on the top > Sign out and turn off sync.
When you click on "Sign out and turn off sync" you will see a pop-up asking for confirmation as well as a section to enable you to clear all data such as favorites and other browsing data as well.
This will sign the profile out of Edge on the device. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions.
