In Public Browsing Kiosk Mode, is it possible to disable the address bar & the close window button?

I'm setting up a public browsing kiosk in Edge, and have the "home" site set up already, with accessible links in a navbar directly on the site. I would like to make it so that the user is only able to use these links, as well as maybe a favorite site that leads them back to the home site. To this end, I'd like to disable the address bar so they can't use it to navigate the internet, and ideally make it so that closing the browser immediately opens it up in kiosk mode, or disable the close browser button altogether. Are these things possible with Edge?
