Feedback that didn't really get "fixed"

I filed feedback last week that the Edge Dev Addons site doesn't support dark mode. While it's a bit embarrassing that it doesn't, I certainly don't think the team would jump on this at priority, or that they happen to have it ready to go. Nonetheless I got a "We heard you and we fixed it email"




Of course this is as much my fault as anyone's... but it's interesting to be on this end of it. What's going on that this happens? What actually got fixed that triggered this email?
