Extension pause option no longer available?

I can no longer find the option to pause extensions.

Searching Bing or Google for this option shows that it should appear under the ellipses menu in the Extensions pop out menu in Edge. But all I can see there is "Hide extensions button from toolbar". I've tried Edge, Edge Dev and Edge Canary. 

I've tried accessing sites where Edge automatically paused extensions before and sites where it did not, the option does not appear no matter what site I visit.

I'm using Win 11 22H2 (22622.601)

Same here. Now, there is no easy way to pause an extension from accessing your website for security reasons. To do this, you have to either disable the extension, or give it "When you click the extension" option which always refreshes the page AND it's very difficult as usually the number of sites to exclude from access are very few...vs the entire web!
