Error from Edge PDF Viewer when saving a PDF file

When I click on the Save icon while viewing a PDF file in Edge Dev 84.0.502.0 the PDF Viewer pops up an error message that it cannot save the file, but it also pops up the Save As dialog and successfully saves the file.
