Edge Tabbing out to another new window hangs in between

Edge Version 122.0.2365.92 (Official build) (64-bit)

Issue: 

1. Open multi-tabs in the edge browser
2. Drag out one tab in a new window on another monitor (Say I have two monitors)
3. it hangs in between the windows

Work around: 

1. Press Ctrl+Alt+DEL (Don't lock)
2. Cancel 
3. now you can move new window at proper place

Same thing when you want demerge new edge window in another one it hangs
