    Hi haganezuka

Edge version 109 is the final-release for Windows 7 and 8.1, sorry.

The only major-browser that now still supports both Windows 7 and 8.1 is Mozilla Firefox, specifically their "ESR" (Extended Support Release) edition.

Please go to the web-link below to download it:
    https://www.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/all/#product-desktop-esr

And ensure on that page you set the options as follows:

Which browser would you like to download?

    Firefox Extended Support Release

    Which version would you like?

    115.1.0esr

    Select your preferred installer

    Windows 64-bit

    Select your preferred language

(choose which language you personally would prefer the browser to use)

NOTE: if after downloading the setup installer file you try to use it and it does not work, then you likely have a 32-bit version of Windows 7 on your PC, which cannot run 64-bit apps.  Simply go back to the website I stated above, but change the "Select your preferred installer" dropdown to "Windows 32-bit"
