Edge/Chrome 92 + Breaks Excel on the Web toolbar rendering

Beta 92, Dev 93, Canary 93, or dear, where have half my buttons gone?! 
Word, PowerPoint, OneNote on the web DO NOT display similar behavior. FYI, case has also been opened with CSS.
