Edge always opens more than just the home page

I have Edge set to open a specific page. It always does but it ALWAYS also loads whatever page(s) I either had open last or are currently open in Chrome. It's really annoying.

It looks like the Import browsing data from Google Chrome on each launch is turned on. To disable it enter edge://settings/profiles/importBrowsingData/importOnLaunch in the address bar > Select the option to Turn off > Restart the browser to test.
