Easy Files - Upload files without saving in computer - MS Edge

We know if we want to upload a file to a website for editing, sharing, etc. We have to first save the image in local computer, then upload it. But, in Opera it's not the way, we can share, upload files by copying the file and a popup will come and say upload recent/copied files. This feature of Opera is called Easy Files.Click here to see more details in opera official website. So, there can be a feature like this?
